This position is responsible for the development and execution of compensation strategy, programs, tools and resources in the US and Canada entities that are aligned with the Americas Comp CoE reward philosophies and policies and the Group strategy.Work in close coordination with the HR leaders, HRBPs, BSC to align Compensation policies and are applied consistently and transparently to drive employee engagement and performance.
Oversee administration of job evaluation methodology and processes to assure consistency and fairness across entities.
Identify, propose, and deploy approved salary administration best practices in conjunction with local teams to improve efficiency and maintain competitiveness
Collaborate with HR BP and BSC to deliver Compensation services and solve compensation issues.
Manages FLSA analysis and compliance.
Support the rest of the team members regarding annual bonus, commissions, merit/salary adjustment process, market surveys, job evaluations/descriptions, job hierarchies within US and Canada scope.
Provides consultative advice and analytic support to executives and HR management as needed
Develops training programs to communicate new/revised compensation programs to the HR community and Management.
Prepares reports for management as needed.
Manages the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programs collaborating with Stakeholders to address the needs of the organization
Analyze and approve Governance Committee Form request to assure consistency within the compensation policies.

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Human Resources/Business or Finance.
Some Workday or similar (SuccessFactors) background is important (comp module functionality, downloading data, etc.).
Minimum of 10 years progressive and varied compensation management experience
Consultative and service-oriented
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
Strong listening, communication, presentation and leadership skills with ability to influence senior leadership and gain consensus among HR Business Partners and peers.
Very strong analytical skills, excellent with data management, in-depth Excel experience and HR/Comp systems.
Current in Federal and state regulations governing compensation and employment, including but not limited to the Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, and Age Discrimination in Employment Act
