As Director of FP&A, you will drive financial excellence and growth for the Central Division. Partnering with the CFO and leadership team, you will shape financial strategy, deliver analyses, and manage budgeting/forecasting. Success requires collaboration with corporate and regional teams to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment. You will lead special projects, enhance business intelligence, and provide ad-hoc analyses. As primary liaison with Corporate FP&A, you will keep stakeholders informed and champion continuous improvement within the FP&A department.Lead and develop the Division FP&A team, providing strategic guidance and support to cross-functional division and regional partners.
Perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Direct the development and timely completion of the annual budget and bi-annual forecasts, collaborating closely with regional and corporate finance teams.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial and operational performance, customer profitability, and efficiency, identifying trends and opportunities for value creation.
Optimize financial reporting and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to key stakeholders.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis, maximizing resource efficiency and organizational value.
Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate FP&A, ensuring effective communication of regional and divisional updates and FP&A initiatives to leadership.
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clearly articulating complex financial information to facilitate data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.
Champion and support local and national projects and initiatives.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
Master’s degree or advanced certification strongly preferred.
Required Length & Type of Experience:
5 years of experience in financial management, planning, and analysis.
Experience using SAP (S4/HANA, Business Warehouse, BPC) is preferred.
Experience with Power Bi or Tableau is a plus.
Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or production companies is a plus
Experience integrating new technologies and processes into day-to-day operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Exceptionally analytical with ability to effectively problem solve and develop solutions.
Competency in developing and managing financial budgets & forecasts.
Clear communicator that is able to translate complex financial and operational information into easily understandable and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Able to lead teams in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
Can effectively coach, mentor, and develop associates.
Strong organizational, team-building, and collaboration skills.
Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to articulate a clear vision for the FP&A department that can be developed into an actionable strategic plan.
