Plant Operator
Contract Opportunity!!
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Mon - Fri -6am-2:30pm
Length of Contract - 1-3 month
industry best practices to enhance customer business practices and introduce new products.
Manage material stock, labeling, picking/packing, and distribution.
Verify material deliveries and issue physical receipts.
Handle movement of cylinders and VGLs on customer premises.
Resolve customer complaints using company resources.
Adjust inventory for seasonal customer needs.
Place and process orders via AirGas.com/SAP system.
Conduct scheduled warehouse material inventory checks.
Enhance customer practices using Sales Specialists, partners, and best practices.
Organize and oversee site warehouse inventory.
Review product invoices as per Company policy.
Drive to customer sites for inventory servicing.
Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely.
Follow Company SOPs for distribution and safety.
Maintain site cleanliness and organization.

Are you a MATCH?
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
Must have a valid US Driver's License.
Required: Class B or higher Commercial Drivers' License with HAZMAT endorsement, clean MVR.
Physically capable of lifting 25-75 lbs. routinely and up to >100 lbs. occasionally. Able to handle liquid containers up to 1000 lbs.
Regular bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motion.
Comfortable with occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and fine motor tasks such as tightening ratchet binders.
Able to drive hazardous cargo up to 8 hours, work overtime if needed.
Preferred: 2 years' warehouse operations or maintenance experience.
Preferred: Background in gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industries.
Previous forklift operation experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Capable of troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
