Responsiblefor managing or performing work associated with converting rawmaterials and components into finished goods including :
- Generalproduction manufacturing work
- Assembling finished components orparts into finished products
- Process manufacturing batches ofbulk materials / ingredients includingmechanical processing (e.g., mixing, grinding, separating,filtering, etc.) and chemical processing (altering the chemicalproperties of materials through chemical reactions and changingtemperature, pressure, etc.)
- Setting up and operating machinetools to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, andassemblies
- Surface finishing of parts, components, and assembleditems including washing / painting / plating / anti-corrosion coating, hardening, polishing / engraving / etching, etc.
- Packaging materials or finished goods into containers for thepurpose of protection, display, andhandling
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operatea wide variety ofmachines
Responsiblefor the full life cycle of products through the PackagingProcess
Matchtickets with the product, perform a quality check of items / weights,ensure the product meets customer specifications, process ordersthrough the Cyrovac machine, ensure accuracy, pack, andpalletize
Skills
Mustbe able to safely operate the machine for the intendedpurpose
Basictroubleshooting ofmachinery
Mustbe able to keep up with the line speed ofmachinery
Mustbe able to lift at times, able to meet yields, volume (lbs. perhour) and qualitystandards
