The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for executing testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met. Contain and escalate samples failing the test requirements for further disposition by the authorized technical staff. Support plant initiatives on PSP, 5S, ESH, Engagement. May monitor and execute on-site equipment and tools calibration.

This position reports to the Director of Quality and is part of the Quality Control department located in Timonium, Maryland and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out Quality Inspection and Testing including Preparation of samples and Test, judging go/no go and escalating the failed and risky products.

• Contain and escalate samples failing the test requirements for further disposition by the authorized technical staff.

• Support plant initiatives on PSP, 5S, ESH, Engagement and Kaizen. May monitor and execute on-site equipment and tools calibration.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Minimum O level/SPM requirements/Technical Certificates

• Computer skills – Excel, Word, Typing and Data entry skills, e-mailing

• Working in 8 hours shift in a cleanroom environment with the gowning procedure.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

• Laboratory working experience - Operating Knowledge of IC-PMS, GC-MS, NVR, LPC, TOC

The hourly range for this role is $17.40 - $24.11. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
