Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Transportation Manager – Load Planner will oversee the S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) module, ensuring its alignment with Clorox’s supply chain operations, customer requirements, and core values. This role acts as a critical link between Supply Chain functions, internal systems, Clorox networks, and customers, driving operational efficiency and data accuracy. In this role, you will: People Development & Leadership Develop, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and professional growth. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, quarterly myGPS discussions, and annual performance assessments. Provide leadership support by backfilling Sr. Transportation Manager responsibilities as needed. Transportation Management (TM) Master Data Governance Own and maintain TM master data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs. Optimize transportation parameters to enhance efficiency and reduce risks of product displacement or order cuts. Create and maintain transportation profiles and resources to adapt to evolving customer and supply chain requirements. Act as the primary tool and process owner for the TM module, ensuring proper configuration and documentation. Maintain system access and permissions, overseeing ticket/workflow management for master data changes. Ensure alignment between TM system configurations and RFP awards to support contract execution. Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution Troubleshoot systemic issues impacting load building and transportation execution. Partner with Load Building, Uber Freight TMS (UF Operations), and EDT teams to drive process improvements. Continuously review tools and workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Strategic Project Support Represent Transportation in strategic supply chain initiatives, ensuring that system updates reflect operational changes. Serve as the primary transportation liaison for all Clorox Logistics Services (CLS) stakeholders. Apply knowledge of logistics and transportation modes, weight limits, and regulatory requirements to support business needs. #Hybrid-LI What we look for: Skills & Experience Requirements: Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations (e.g., freight modes, weight limits). Familiarity with retail customer logistics requirements (customer-facing experience preferred). Proficient in SAP systems, specifically Transportation Management (TM), Material Master, and Sales Documents within ERP. Experience with TMS and ERP integration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Education & Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management. Workplace type: Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week working from home.
