Electro is positioned to service our brand partners through Account Management, Digital/Content/Packaging Creative, Strategy, Project Management, and Technology. We are a team of diverse & inclusive global community of empowered people. We are seeking a talented Packaging Design and Social Media Maker Intern to join our dynamic in-house agency team. This Creative Intern will be a position will: Work with a creative team to create packaging and marketing materials experience Be curious about exploring new creative ideas. Have experience posting on Instagram and TikTok and be willing to appear in social media posts. Partner on all elements of creative process and should be comfortable working in a creative workshop environment and working with colleagues to develop creative storytelling. Social Content Creation – 40% Creating social content for Clorox Company brands, with a focus on Burt’s Bees Print and Packaging Design – 40% Work with Designers to help create and execute designs across a variety of packaging formats. Apply brand principles to all creative projects. Follow campaign, seasonal, or other design direction under guidance of senior designers and associate creative director. Prepare presentation materials in collaboration with the design team. Teamwork – 20% Participate in the creative team brand culture by attending team meetings, presentations, collaboration sessions, and other team activities Skills and Abilities Graphic design, web design, and typography skills. Other artistic skills like illustration, photography, etc. Video editing is a plus. Social media experience making pins, posts, stories, Tik Toks and more Knowledge of creating print and packaging designs in Illustrator and, Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge of creating digital designs using Photoshop and Figma (or willing to learn). A keen eye for cropping photography for use in print and digital. Can comfortably work with brand standards and existing design aesthetics. A portfolio showcasing original, creative work is required. Proven communication, organizational and written skills for business environment Strong ability to take initiative, create and implement creative projects What we look for: Minimum Education Level/Degree: Currently enrolled in a 4-year related degree program at a University with Junior/Senior class standing US Citizen or Permanent Resident Additional Information: The applicable pay range for this role in the U.S. is based on your work location according to the cost of labor in your area. $19 - $23/hr.
