Company: US6469 Sysco Payroll, Division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC Sales Territory: Zip Code: 77077 Travel Percentage: JOB SUMMARY The Nutrition Services Specialist manages nutrition data quality in eNutrition and Sysco’s subsequent internal and customer-facing product and sales platforms. The specialist primarily communicates with suppliers regarding their nutrition and related data. The position provides eNutrition end-user support and interactive training. The incumbent is responsible for promoting nutrition services, developing marketing collateral, and supporting operating companies/customers in all market segments as it pertains to nutrition data. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze data collection methods and utilize tools (scorecards, reports) to prioritize team projects Nutrition data quality assurance for supplier data flowing into eNutrition and communication with data services teams to ensure consistent data within all customer-facing systems Utilize insight and expertise to troubleshoot data quality issues Communicate and educate suppliers and Program Quality Managers (Sysco brand) regarding nutrition data quality concerns Create tracking metrics based on need and team feedback upon request End-user support and training on product and services; includes but not limited to email support, marketing material development and interactive training Direct database maintenance activities including NetMenu, USDA upgrade work, K-12 internal SharePoint site, and customer/employee user provisioning Research and resolve tickets initiated by customers and associates (Sysco Shop, Service Now tickets) QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics Experience 3 years of nutrition-related experience in foodservice, food science, nutrition analysis or research dietetics. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Registered Dietitian Professional Skills Comprehensive understanding of FDA nutrition facts label government regulations and familiarity with food science principles. Research and development and food processing knowledge. Attention to detail and extensive knowledge of computer operations and database maintenance are critical. Experience with CBORD systems and/or nutrition analysis software programs preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, and Excel; experience with Service Now, Stibo and/or other cloud-based platforms a plus.
