Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the gas station.
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide guidance on pump operations.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including the convenience store area.
- Promote additional products and services through effective upselling techniques.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a POS system is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing are required.
- Strong phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone when necessary.
