Controller, Brookhaven. Brookhaven, MS. Develop Organizational Financial Strategy & Strong leadership in cost control. Prepare month-end closings, financial forecasts, and consolidations; providing financial advice to the manufacturing department through the study of financial data; meeting corporate reporting requirements of the division; managing, training, and evaluating accounting personnel; ensuring accuracy of physical inventory; and controlling the flow of raw materials, tools, and other assets in the manufacturing department. Ensure that internal controls activities (ICRQ, SOX Templates) are carried out. Determine risks/opportunities. Standardize and improve processes. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and five years of industry experience in high-volume manufacturing as a Controller. Experience must include: cost accounting, financial analysis, performing internal control audits, managing and measuring financial performance, analyzing and improving business processes, preparing annual budgets and Monthly and Quarterly forecasts, analyzing KPIs, variance and trends, cost control and reductions, quoting activities, Excel, and SAP ERP.
