We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Parts Clerk Level 1. The Parts Clerk is an integral position that ensures the warehouse is a safe and clean work environment. The Parts Clerk works closely with the Warehouse Lead, Parts Manager, and procurement to ensure that all parts are being received, stocked, picked, and shipped out if necessary. They maintain their parts movement in the inventory management system to ensure that parts are being moved virtually while moving the parts physically.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize parts and supplies in designated storage areas
- Package and label parts for distribution
- Assist in the shipping and receiving of parts and supplies
- Fulfill parts requests from various departments within the organization
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
