What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Training Complex Operations Staff position at USA Baseball?
As National Training Complex (NTC) Operations staff, you will report to the Coordinator, National Training Complex Operations, Senior Director, National Training Complex Operations, and National Training Complex Operations Interns and support the operational and logistical needs of USA Baseball’s events at the National Training Complex (NTC) in Cary, North Carolina. You will serve as a liaison between USA Baseball and the Town of Cary and assist with event preparation and execution to ensure a seamless experience for teams and attendees.

POSITION DETAILS
- The National Training Complex Operations position is a part-time/hourly position at the National Training Complex in Cary, NC. Multiple candidates to be hired.
IN THIS ROLE
- You will assist with operational needs for all events hosted at the NTC, ensuring readiness and efficiency
- You will sell tickets and provide information to guests at the NTC
- You will greet guests in a friendly manner as they enter / exit the NTC
- You will operate scoreboards, sound systems, and GameChanger during USA Baseball Events
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a flexible schedule with weekday and weekend availability to support all USA Baseball events at the National Training Complex in Cary, N.C.
- You are capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. as part of your responsibilities
- You can successfully complete a background check prior to employment
