USA Clinics group is growing and seeking for a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join our growing New York based Facilities team!
Responsibilities
Assisting with building repairs and maintenance
Installing or repairing glass, tile, screens, locks, drapes, blinds
Replacing light bulbs
Assisting with electrical repairs to appliances, fixtures, switches and circuits
Assisting with Plumbing repairs
Assisting with the relocation of furniture, general clean-up at facilities, and support during company events or new location openings
Preventative maintenance on equipment
Travel between locations. Sometimes several in one day.
Organize selling and removing of equipment from centers
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Additional duties as assigned
Starting salary ranges from $41,000 to $55,000 a year.
Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance
Familiarity with hand-tools and equipment, required
Able to handle physical workload
Deadline oriented
High attention to detail
Ability to make quick decisions
Organizational skills
Some computer skills
Ability to work independently
Must have a car or means of transportation
