Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate quotes from subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and related documents
- Ensure all estimates are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Travel to work sites from time to time for project evaluation
- Communicate with general and/or prime contractors to help secure a winning bid
Requirements
- 4 years’ of prior estimating experience
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Experience estimating commercial/industrial fence projects
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary, then rolling into a commission on sold and completed jobs.
