Job Description: As a Sales Representative at USA First Roofing, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing their roofing needs from the initial consultation to project completion. Your role will focus on lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, negotiating prices, and ensuring successful project execution. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential and generous bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive door-to-door sales and lead generation efforts to secure new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial roofing sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through a commitment to integrity, transparency, and outstanding service.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections, evaluate conditions, and offer tailored recommendations to address client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with insurance adjusters and inspectors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead negotiations and close sales, aligning client requirements with optimal roofing solutions to maximize revenue.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Take advantage of our robust training program to continuously refine your sales techniques and strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly self-motivated with a strong enthusiasm for outdoor, hands-on sales activities.
- Comfortable and capable of safely setting up ladders and conducting roof inspections as part of the role.
