We are seeking an experienced Director of Brand Experience to lead the creation, execution, and alignment of our brand strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of brand positioning, strategy development, and the operationalization of brand initiatives to ensure consistency across all areas of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving brand alignment within an organization and translating strategy into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
Craft a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the organization’s mission, values, and goals while resonating with target audiences.
Translate the brand strategy into actionable processes, tools, and frameworks that can be adopted organization-wide.
Lead the execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and activations across social, digital, print, events, sponsor activations, and experiential platforms.
Work closely with senior leadership to advocate for and align brand objectives with organizational priorities.
Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate brand performance, awareness, and perception.
Qualifications :
As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, USA Football provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, etc. The pay range for this position is as follows : $86,657 - $147,551.
This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Must meet requirements.
