What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Volunteers Needed position at USA Football?
USA Football is seeking highly motivated people who will serve as the Event Volunteers in Cleveland, New Jersey, Honolulu, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Tampa, Washington DC, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, and Indianapolis at our Talent ID events. The position will assist with event set up/tear down, athlete testing, athlete check in, and other USA Football needs on site.
Event Dates:
· Cleveland – 2/15/25
· New Jersey – 2/22/25
· Honolulu – 3/2/25
· Denver – 3/9/25
· Seattle – 3/15/25
· Los Angeles – 3/23/25
· Tampa – 3/29/25
· Washington DC – 4/5/25
· Atlanta – 4/13/25
· Boston – 4/27/25
· Charlotte – 5/3/25
· Indianapolis – 5/4/25
Experience/Skills/Qualifications Desired:
· Experience with a sports team, athletic department or event operations is preferred
· Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand/walk for long periods of time
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Note:
· This is an unpaid position; however, USA Football is willing to sign off on any school or volunteer hours needed.
· All those who volunteer will receive a USA Football T-shirt and lunch will be provided.
· Transportation and lodging will NOT be provided by USA Football, all those who volunteer must arrange their own transportation.
