JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for accounts payable and receivable transactions including entering and processing invoice payments, credit card reconciliation, managing vendor databases and posting daily deposits. Assisting with the completion of the end of month, end of fiscal year and annual audit.
Essential Functions

• Process Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions
• Maintain Vendor database
• Assist in Month & Year End Closes as directed by the Controller
• Administer expense reimbursement system, including company provided credit cards
• Assist with annual audit
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Controller

Required Education and Experience
• Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
• Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Working knowledge of laws and tax regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
• Exposure to non-profit business, as a professional and/or volunteer
• Minimum one to three years of experience in all accounting functions, with strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management knowledge
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
• Experience working in Intacct Accounting
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, USA Football provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, etc. The pay range for this position is as follows: $44,429 - $66,643.
This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Must meet requirements.
