Commercial and Residential Garage Door Installer

Hello,

We are looking for experienced garage door installers with commercial and residential with at least 5 years' experience. Must have strong work ethic. We have many benefits. Work starts depending on job location and we cover many areas around Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming. Pay is piece pay, payroll runs the 1st and the 15th of every month. Must be willing to travel and possible stay out of town every once in a while. We would love to add a had working tam player with great customer service to our team!

Summary

As a Garage Door Technician/Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of garage doors, ensuring functionality and safety for our clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize core skills such as heavy lifting, door hanging, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Your premium skills in glass installation and welding will enhance your capabilities. Additionally, your relevant skills in construction, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will be vital in executing tasks efficiently and effectively, contributing to our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair garage doors using hand and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Perform heavy lifting and door hanging tasks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute installations accurately.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites, applying mechanical knowledge and fabrication skills.
• Conduct glass installations and welding as needed, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
