Duties
- Administer psychiatric medications and monitor their effects
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support to patients
- Monitor patients for changes in behavior or symptoms and report findings to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options
Qualifications
- Experience administering injections
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment is a plus
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques
- Ability to dialyze patients when necessary
- Experience in dementia care is beneficial
- Competence in conducting physical examinations
- Understanding of home community care practices
- Prior experience in critical care or critical care transport
