Responsibilities
The Human Resources Assistant performs administrative work for the HR department including scheduling, maintaining files, responding to inquires both written and in person, and answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees; responds to questions regarding standard policies, benefits, and the hiring process and refers from complex questions to the appropriate senior-level HR staff or management; assists with record maintenance, onboarding duties for new employees and provides clerical support for all employees in the department.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience as a Human Resources assistant, staff assistant, secretary or related Human Resources or administrative position.
