Job Summary
- To sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation.
- To represent the company in a professional manner and preserve the customer service philosophy of USA Insulation.
- Understand the installation process as it pertains to the Sales role
- Understand and apply the USA Insulation Sales Process (PitchBook, Sales Video, Sales Handbook, etc.)
- Learn all details of the USA Insulation PitchBook
- Meet homeowners at pre-set appointments between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM. Allow for frequent Evenings and Saturday appointments
- Meet homeowners for write-ups to meet the homeowners schedule
- Write-up contract per USA Insulation specifications
- Take pictures of the work to be performed per USA Insulation specifications. Pictures to be displayed with a contract for installers
- Responsible for the collection of the financial down payment prior to work and the balance of payment at the completion of the job
- Contact HVAC Professionals & Roofers as a referral source
- Contact all previous customers as a referral source
- Call in all scheduled dates when the job is sold
- Visit homeowner and crew on the install date
Status Scope
- All USA Insulation Sales Representatives will report directly to the Sales Manager.
- Must have a car and means to drive to all appointments
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be able to speak English
- 1-3 years of previous Sales experience in a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to Customer Service
- Self-Motivated and eager to learn
