Job Summary
The Lead Installation Manager will run a crew of 3 installers. USA Insulation installation technicians enjoy year-round employment and variety in the work they do. Three (3) person installation crews travel to customer homes and inject our proprietary foam into the walls, blow loose insulation into attics, and seal cracks and gaps. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, is a team player, and will take pride in quality workmanship. Must be available for one week of paid training in Cleveland OH.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with all type of insulation materials.
- Work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces.
- Climb ladders, work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and other equipment necessary for installing insulation.
- Provide excellent customer service including keeping interior and exterior of homes clean during and after installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is a must.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be a team player and willing to listen and learn.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to work at height and on ladders.
- Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Working knowledge of construction is a plus.
- Experience installing any type of insulation is a plus.

Salary : $20 - $24
