- Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.

Compensation :
Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client's sale.
