GAS STATION CLERK POSITION: MUST BE FLEXIBLE, A HARD WORKER, PLUS DEDICATED.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring that our store operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
- Uphold company policies regarding customer service, returns, and exchanges.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Requirements
