Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Act as the brand’s advocate and spokesperson at events, on social media, and in digital communities, ensuring our voice is consistent and engaging
- Content Creation & Engagement: Develop and share dynamic content on social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook to showcase brand experiences, events, and activations
- Event Coverage & Engagement: Attend events to provide live social media updates, behind-the-scenes content, and create excitement before, during, and after events
- Community Building: Engage with our online followers, respond to comments, foster relationships, and grow online communities to drive brand loyalty
- Trend Spotting & Strategy: Stay on top of social media trends and help implement innovative strategies to maintain brand relevance in digital spaces
- Brand Awareness & Outreach: Work with internal teams and clients to promote campaigns and brand activations, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement
- Collaborate & Contribute: Partner with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver visually striking and impactful campaigns that align with brand goals
- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within the events, entertainment, or lifestyle industries
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with audiences both online and in person
- Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and how to leverage them to boost engagement
- Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer is a plus
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for representing brands and building meaningful relationships
