You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure every event is flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, brand activations, and community engagements
- Logistics Management: Support venue selection, vendor coordination, catering arrangements, and audiovisual setup
- Marketing & Promotion: Assist in event promotions through digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
- Guest Experience: Ensure seamless event experiences for attendees by managing registration, hospitality, and on-site coordination
- Budget Tracking: Monitor event budgets, process invoices, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Administrative Support: Maintain event timelines, organize event materials, and assist with post-event reporting and analysis
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to bring event visions to life
- Educational Background: A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience: Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality is a plus but not required for the right candidate
- Creativity: A passion for creating unique and engaging event experiences
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and attendees
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with event management or marketing tools (Cvent, Eventbrite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
