Role Overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure every project is executed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Content Creation: Help develop marketing materials, including social media content, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional assets
• Social Media Management: Support social media strategy by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help inform marketing strategies
• Event Marketing: Assist in promoting events through digital marketing and social media to drive attendance and engagement
• Brand Coordination: Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and design across all marketing materials
• Administrative Support: Assist with organizing marketing assets, tracking budgets, and preparing reports on campaign performance
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience: Prior experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus but not required for the right candidate
• Creativity: A passion for storytelling and the ability to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with social media scheduling or design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
