Job Summary:
USA Ninja Challenge is launching an exciting new Sidekicks Program designed for children aged 2.5 to 3 years old and their parent/guardian. This program emphasizes gross motor, social, and cognitive skill development while fostering stronger parent-child relationships and preparing kids for our Jr. Ninja classes (for 4 and 5 year olds). We are seeking a Program Instructor who is passionate about working with young children and their families, can create a fun and supportive environment, and is eager to help grow this unique program.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and lead engaging, structured 45-minute classes designed for 2.5 to 3-year-old children and their adult participants.
- Teach basic ninja obstacle techniques while encouraging exploratory learning and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Manage class flow and address the natural wandering and exploratory behavior of children at this age with patience and positivity.
- Collaborate with the gym’s team to evaluate and adapt the program based on feedback and best practices.
- Support other age group classes and gym programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children (ages 2-5) in a teaching, coaching, or caregiving role.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and adults effectively.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable personality.
- Background in child development, education, physical education, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with obstacle courses or ninja training is not required — training will be provided.
About USA Ninja Challenge - Camp Hill
Our Ninja curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth. We incorporate standard apparatus including rings, balance obstacles and tumbling surfaces, as well as other specialized ninja training equipment, such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders and warp walls. Each portion of every obstacle course also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility and all-around athleticism.
