Job Qualifications:
*Must have basic knowledge in all phases of plumbing
*Familiar with troubleshooting and diagnostics and being able to explain this to customers and warranty companies
*Being able to see project through from start to finish with resolution
*Minimum 3-year experience in plumbing
*Be able to accept guidance and work with senior technicians for training purposes
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize
*Flexible availability on hours, be able to work weekends when necessary
*Must have clean driving record and clean background
*Team player with positive attitude
*Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
ability to take service calls and complete plumbing reports and diagnosis through a dispatch app
must be able to upsell plumbing if home warranties do not cover items at the same time maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.

Requirements: Active drivers license with clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently for various plumbing tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their plumbing needs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and local plumbing codes while performing duties.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Pay: $65,577.00 - $110,074.00 per year
