We are seeking dedicated Baseball Coaches for our travel baseball organization to join our team and lead our players in skill development and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baseball and experience working with students in sports settings.
Duties:
- Develop practice plans focusing on skill enhancement, strategy, and teamwork
- Instruct players on proper techniques for pitching, hitting, fielding, and base running
- Provide guidance on game tactics and sportsmanship
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Organize team practices, scrimmages, and games, and tournaments
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
Experience:
- Previous experience coaching baseball or playing at a competitive level
- Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage behavior effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
