Delivery Driver

Job Title: Non-CDL Box Truck Driver (Immediate Start)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM, 6 nights/week, Sunday thru Friday
• Pay: $900/week

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Truck Preparation:
• Arrive promptly at 7:30 PM to fuel and inspect our small fleet.
• Ensure your truck is in safe, working condition before departure.
• Produce Pick-Ups:
• Drive (no CDL required) to Jessup, Maryland to pick up pallets of produce nightly.
• Confirm all items are properly loaded and secured on the truck.
• Pay close attention to detail, verifying correct quantities and product types.
• Unload & Warehouse Duties:
• Return to the warehouse and unload items into the correct cooler or storage area.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the loading and unloading zones.
• Additional Tasks:
• Occasionally run small errands (e.g., picking up items from Walmart).
• Assist with minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: No CDL or special license is required; however, an excellent driving history is a must.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting and moving pallets/boxes of produce.
• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Reliability & Punctuality: We operate on tight schedules; timeliness and consistency are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate loading, order verification, and careful driving are critical to our success.
