Well-established St. Louis healthcare company is seeking a highly motivated, full-time individual to recruit permanent physicians for our company. This would be a 100% in-house recruiting position.
Responsibilities include:
· Generate new physician leads using cold calls, social media, referrals, job boards/databases, direct mailings, and job fairs
· Screen and interview prospective candidates within an appropriate time frame based on performance standards
· Negotiate provider rates, shifts worked, and other items affecting contracting and physician placement
· Develop and maintain a skilled talent pipeline
· Develop marketing techniques to improve the recruitment process
· Lead meetings periodically with team members and senior management to collaborate and manage candidate pool
Skills needed:
· Physician or healthcare recruiting experience preferred
· BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
· Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Must be able to establish rapport and good working relationships with physicians and hospital administrators
· Ability to work flexible hours to accomplish assigned recruiting goals including occasional travel

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
