As a Pickleball Coach with USA Sport Group, you’ll have the opportunity to teach and inspire players of all ages, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts. Whether it’s a child’s first introduction to the sport or helping an adult improve their skills, you will make a lasting impact on the players’ development while having fun! We’re looking for coaches who can lead group lessons, clinics, and private sessions, ensuring that each participant grows in their love for the game.

Spring Season Opportunities & Beyond
- The Spring season lasts for 8-10 weeks, beginning in April and running through mid-June. Coaches will need to be available for the full seasons, which typically includes weekend mornings and weekday afternoons.
- Ongoing Employment: If you perform well during the Spring season, there are opportunities for long-term employment, including coaching for summer camps, after-school programs, and additional seasons.
- Career Growth: USA Sport Group is dedicated to helping coaches develop their skills and advance within the organization. If you’re passionate about coaching, we offer professional development and potential leadership roles within our expanding pickleball program.
Potential Opportunities Available:
- Monday & Thursday mornings in Readington, NJ
- Monday & Thursday afternoons in Hopewell, NJ
Does this sound like you?
- At least 1-2 years of experience teaching pickleball or strong background in racket sports (preferred)
- A fun, engaging, and positive personality with a passion for working with children and adults.
- Ability to effectively communicate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels.
- Desire to grow the sport of pickleball and provide quality coaching that builds skills and fosters a love for the game.
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to transport equipment
