Spring Season Opportunities and beyond:
The Spring season lasts for 10 weeks, starting in early April and running through mid-June. Candidates must be available for the entire season, with sessions typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings, along with weekday opportunities. We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin, ensuring you feel confident and ready to inspire the next generation of athletes. Additionally, ongoing employment opportunities are available beyond the Spring season, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact in our community.
You will be required to attend a Virtual Introductory Hiring Presentation where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home! At the conclusion of the presentation, we will outline the next steps in our recruitment process. Does this sound like you?
- Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred)
- A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
- Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
- Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
- Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
