Responsibilities: The Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships, increase business opportunities with existing channel partners, and educate channel partners on the value of the Troy Barbell & Fitness portfolio.
- Engage existing channel partners. Identify accounts best practices, growth opportunities, and threats
- Grow revenue from existing channel partners
- Educate channel partners on products and sales strategy. Provide actionable advice to channel partners to grow mutual business
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with channel partners
- Serve as subject matter experts on market trends within the organization. Share market intelligence with management and supporting teams effectively
- Develop business opportunities by market segment based on available data and research. Proactively identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with Sales team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Perform additional duties and projects as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Customer service skills and experience
- 2-3 years prior experience relates to personal training, sports or order processing in a sales support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong listening and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with utilizing CRM systems to potential
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience is a plus
Work Location
- On Site in our Spring Branch Office. This is NOT a remote position.
