Education :
Minimum : BS in Dietetics plus 1 yr. internship or equivalent.
License|Certifications : Registered with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Experience :
Minimum : Experience in diet therapy and food service management in a health care facility.
Other :
Minimum : Required to be self-motivated to take responsibility for nutritional care of all assigned customers; committed to work within time constraints; able to work well with other disciplines and operational team members of Nutrition Services Department. Seek an independent thinker who is able to work with best interest of patients'|residents' needs|wishes to ensure quality of life; display sound judgment in prioritizing work assignments. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets.
Preferred : Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
