Location : Penn Yan, NY and Geneva NY (Finger Lakes Region)
POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment. Assists in the installation of facilities equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION :
Minimum :
High School Education or equivalent
LICENSE : Minimum :
Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with Health Network Policy
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS :
Minimum :
CPI obtained within 90 days of hire.
WORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum :
Two years in building operations and maintenance.
Preferred :
Prior patient observation and|or security related experience; Healthcare
SKILLS : Minimum :
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations.
Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
