What You’ll Be Doing:
- Case Manager Extraordinaire: Be the go-to person for clients and tax professionals, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Client Advocate: Manage your own caseload and support clients with everything from documentation to follow-ups.
- Communication Guru: Be in constant touch with clients, updating them via calls and emails to ensure they’re in the loop.
- Time Management Pro: Handle a caseload of 200-300 clients and keep things moving with precision and efficiency.
- Closer: Hit your goals with at least 15 case closures a month and stay engaged with clients for a solid 2-4 hours of call time a day.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Great Communicator: You’ve got killer verbal and written skills that make talking to clients a breeze.
- Time Management Boss: You can juggle multiple tasks like a pro and keep everything running smoothly.
- Positive Vibes: You’ll thrive in a fun and energetic atmosphere—music pumping, team spirit strong, and good vibes all around!
- Experience: Got 6 months-1 year of experience as a Case Manager? Great! No experience? Don’t worry, we’re all about growth and training!
