Position Overview :
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager - OEM to support our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. This role is pivotal in managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth communication between our OEM customers and internal teams, and driving the success of key projects.
Based near Elkhart, Indiana, or with flexibility to travel as needed, the ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, fluency in both Mandarin and English, and a passion for off-grid energy solutions. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager to secure and maintain OEM business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners through regular on-site visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather actionable feedback.
- Act as a liaison between OEM customers and the client's headquarters in China, ensuring detailed and timely reports, updates, and communication.
- Lead and manage OEM-related projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business goals, and effective collaboration across departments.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Provide expert guidance on off-grid energy solutions to educate and support OEM customers.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
