Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internattonal Pre-Sales Solutton Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in pre-sales
acttvittes, parttcularly in the automottve welding and automatton industry. This role involves
working closely with clients to design and opttmize soluttons, manage bidding processes, and ensure successful project handovers. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relattonships.
Key Responsibilittes :
1. Technical Communicatton :
o Conduct technical exchanges and presentattons with clients during the inittal stages
of projects.
o Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical soluttons.
2. Solutton Design & Opttmizatton :
o Design and opttmize project soluttons to meet client needs and industry standards.
o Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effecttveness.
3. Bidding Management :
o Lead the preparatton and submission of project bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
o Coordinate with internal teams to develop compettttve proposals.
4. Post-Bid Handover :
o Oversee the transfer of technical documentatton and soluttons affer winning bids.
o Ensure smooth communicatton between clients and internal teams during project
executton.
5. Standardizatton & Cost Management :
o Contribute to the development of standard solutton libraries and cost databases.
o Identtfy opportunittes for cost opttmizatton and process improvement.
6. Process Design & Opttmizatton :
o Design and opttmize manufacturing processes, focusing on efffciency and quality.
o Implement ergonomic and safety soluttons for workstattons and loading points.
7. Leadership & Collaboratton : o Work closely with cross-functtonal teams to ensure project success.
o Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
8. Addittonal Duttes :
o Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership to support organizattonal goals.
Qualiffcattons : 1. Educatton :
o Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automatton, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related ffeld.
2. Work Experience :
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar pre-sales or technical role.
o Proven experience in the automottve welding or automatton industry.
3. Technical Skills :
o Strong knowledge of welding processes, automatton systems, and industry
standards.
o Proffciency in 2D and 3D design soffware (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
4. Language Proffciency :
o Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
o Ability to adapt to short-term overseas business trips.
5. Soff Skills :
o Excellent communicatton, presentatton, and negottatton skills.
o Strong problem-solving and analyttcal abilittes.
