Sr. Staff Hardware Design Engineer - GenAI
Location : San Jose, CA (Hybrid / Remote options available)

What You'll Do :
Own multiple aspects of hardware system engineering for flagship AI products
Design and develop schematics, PCB layouts, component selection, and mechanical integration
Collaborate with ASIC, software, product, and operations teams to define and implement system requirements
Plan and execute compliance, validation, and FMEA analysis
Support manufacturing operations, including EVT / DVT / PVT testing and vendor qualification
What We're Looking For :
- 10 years of hardware engineering experience, including full product lifecycle development
- Expertise in schematic capture, PCB design, signal integrity, thermal / mechanical considerations
- Strong understanding of CPU and power subsystem designs
- Experience with AVL management, part selection, and contract manufacturing
- B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Self-starter with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment
