Job Description
USA Tools is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The BDR will play a critical role in supporting and developing our field sales team. This individual will travel regularly across the Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, and Clearwater areas, riding along with various sales reps to assess performance, provide coaching, and help increase sales and collections across their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ride along with sales reps on their trucks to engage with customers and support product sales.
- Evaluate truck operations including appearance, inventory levels, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the management through performance meetings and weekly check-ins.
- Support sales reps in meeting or exceeding their sales and collection targets.
- Must be comfortable with Travel between assigned territory and staying away from home some days as required.
- Surveying areas for potential routes, as well as driving sales truck and filling in for open routes.

Qualifications:
- Education: - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in **Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word**.
- Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to a dynamic schedule.
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- License: Valid Driver's License (Required)
