Job Description
USA Tools is seeking a motivated Field Sales Trainer to join our team. This full-time role involves riding with our sales team to enhance productivity, promote products, and facilitate sales on the route. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, introducing them to our products, and assisting in account management. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining sales trucks and tracking daily progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote new products and provide training to the sales team to enhance customer presentations.
- Engage with prospective customers who are not yet part of our system.
- Assist with account collections and customer upgrade opportunities.
- Support organization of sales trucks and improve route efficiency for team members.
- Track progress throughout the day and report to ensure team goals are met.
Travel Time: This role requires travel and occasional overnight stays based on the needs of the company and the sales team you support. Overnight travel will depend on the distance to and from assigned areas.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience:
- Customer service: 5 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 5 year (Preferred)
- Tool Truck route experience (Preferred, but not required)
- License: Valid Driver's License (Required)
