USA Track & Field (USATF) is the national governing body for track & field, para track & field, race walking, and long-distance running in the United States.
The Manager, Revenue & Partnerships will support the Chief Revenue Officer in developing a robust portfolio of sponsors and revenue-generating partnerships in support of USATF’s mission. This role is a key member of the Revenue team, responsible for both securing new sponsor revenue and activating/fulfilling deliverables for existing corporate partnerships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of marquee USATF partnerships, including sponsorship execution, budget optimization, and success measurement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure partnership deliverables are fulfilled effectively and on time.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to structure, package, and price USATF assets in ways that maximize both revenue and partner value.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities; develop and execute data-driven partnership sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key customer segments, industry trends, emerging markets, and the evolving sports sponsorship landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sport Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales and partnership management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to support initiatives beyond core responsibilities.
- Must pass a background screening.
LOCATION:
- New York, NY
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs of merchandise, promotional materials, etc.
NON-PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- In-person (5 days a week).
- Availability for occasional weekday and weekend events.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
