Call Center Representative

USA Windows And Doors currently is looking for call center representative to join our team. Need to be responsible for many tasks including delivering exceptional customer service. This entails greeting/directing our guests by phone or in-person upon their visit, in a polite and friendly manner. A positive attitude and professionalism are a must at all times.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the general office filing system
• Strong phone skills
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Punctual with STRONG attendance history
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis: fax machine, copy machine, printer, and computer
• Verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office and Google intelligence
• Informing guest and other employees

Education:

• Bilingual Spanish is a MUST!!!

License:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
