The Opportunity
As an Intermediate Retirement Income Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our members' financial security by assessing their retirement income needs, providing expert advice, and recommending tailored solutions.
We offer a flexible work environment, with options for remote work after six months. This position is based in one of several locations: San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; or Tampa, FL.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized advice to current and prospective members via phone calls, email, and other channels.
- Understand members' retirement goals, assess their financial situation, and develop effective retirement income strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth.
- Familiarize yourself with the latest retirement strategy research and legislative initiatives that impact the industry.
- Stay up-to-date on economic trends, tax law changes, estate issues, and other factors affecting retirement planning.
- Integrate risk management tools and strategies to create comprehensive retirement income plans.
Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Group 1 Life & Health license.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
- One year of experience in the financial industry or sales.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
What Sets You Apart:
- 2 years of direct Annuity Sales Experience.
- Experience working in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center.
- Retail Income Certified Professional Designation (RICP).
