Job Summary
The Mail Distribution/Courier sorts and distributes mail and packages and provides safe and timely loading, delivery and pick-up of various items to include, but not limited to incoming and external corporate mail, claims, supplies, reports and confidential information between Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and its subsidiaries. This role requires an incumbent who quickly adapts to change, is detail-oriented, highly reliable and trustworthy when handling sensitive information, and exercises independence and self-control.Requirements
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
EXPERIENCE
Mail distribution experience preferred.
Driver/Courier experience preferred.

Available for occassional after hours, holidays and weekend shipments when necessary., Maintains accurate receiving and delivery logs., Other duties as assigned., Performs physical demands of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, walking and performing other work requiring maximum physical exertion of 50 pounds as needed., Picks up, loads, transports, unloads, sorts, and delivers incoming mail, boxes, print material, supplies, payments/finances, etc. at established times in designated locations and handles all deliveries as confidential information., Receives procurement deliveries in Coupa to ensure timely invoice payment., Replenishes company stock where appropriate., Safely operates a motor vehicle, ensuring that the delivery vehicle is operated according to applicable motor vehicle regulations, traffic laws, company policy and safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and auto insurance guidelines.Certifications

This position is identified as level three (3).
