Area Of Consideration
- Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilitates and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
- Plans, conducts, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
- Leads the work of other employees. Answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives. Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations. Provides on-the job training to new employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment

- Possess 6-months experience as a Lead and 6-month experience in customer service and Rectrac or other Point of Sale system and

- This is a pay-banded position.
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
