Warehouse Production Worker

USAMM is conducting interviews on Tuesday, February 18th, for 5 full time Ribbon Rack Production positions in our Killeen production facility building custom military ribbon and medal racks for wear on United States Armed Forces dress uniforms.

No experience necessary - we fully train for this niche skill.

Excellent English skills are critical as the positions require training in - and understanding of - military-spec uniform requirements.

Pay:

These full time (40 hours a week) positions, begin at $13.00 / hour, with tons of growth for motivated employees who meet and exceed expectations!

Work Hours:

Our standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday, approximately 7-ish a.m. to 5-ish p.m.

About The Position:

We carry more than 30,000 products for the military dress uniforms of all six branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and also build custom ribbon racks and medal racks for wear on official military uniforms. Our production personnel will will be making, by hand, military ribbon and medal "racks" for wear on the dress uniforms of U.S. military personnel.

All racks are built to precise military specifications. As a result, this is a precise job, in nature, but also requires an artisan's skill and a kind of "craftiness".

These employees spend most of their day at a work station, seated or standing, assembling our medal and ribbon racks for active-duty military personnel with various tools and glues, etc.

If you are precise in nature, extremely detail oriented, and good with your hands, then these positions are great for you!

Ideal candidates have an excellent eye for detail and are great with their hands.

Work Environment:

This is a warehouse position in our shipping department. Our facility has excellent climate conditioning and very comfortable.

No experience necessary. We fully train.
